    In order to ensure your device performs correctly, it is strongly recommended to perform maintenance as recommended by the Instructions for Use of the specific device. In most cases, preventive maintenance should be performed on a six monthly or annual basis. It is possible to activate a maintenance reminder using your DrägerService customer account.

  • What happens if maintenance is not undertaken regularly on my device?

    Wear and tear on materials and components can lead to breakdowns and malfunctions of the device. Performing maintenance at the intervals specified by the Instructions for Use extends the life of the equipment and increases uptime.

  • Where should I send my device for service?

    Based on the post code of your Shipping Address, you will receive an order confirmation guiding you to send your device to the closest Dräger workshop. These are located in most capital cities.

  • How will I receive a quotation for a device repair?

    Once your device has arrived at the Dräger workshop, it will be inspected. The technician will carry out a diagnosis, and a quotation will be sent to you.

  • Where can I find the serial number on my device?

    The serial number is usually found on the back of the device. Sometimes, it is under the battery, which may need to be removed.
